How to enter Unlock Code on BlackBerry phones:

***Below are Blackberry instructions that work for most network providers. T-Mobile locked cell phones have to be entered differently and are shown at the end ***

How to enter Unlock Code on BlackBerry 8800 & 8820:

1. You must have a SIM card in your phone to complete these steps (can be active or inactive)
2. Go to Settings menu => and then Options.
3. Select Advanced Options => and then Sim card
4. Type MEPD using your Blackberry keyboard (NOTE: You will not see any text appear on the screen while typing MEPD)
5. Hold the ALT Key while typing in MEPE on your Blackberry keyboard (NOTE: You will not see any text appear on the screen while typing MEPD)
6. You should be presented with a prompt "Enter Network MEP Code". Type in the 16 or 8 digit unlock code and press in the track wheel / jog dial to confirm
7. Your phone is now unlocked

How to enter Unlock Code on BlackBerry Curve 8300 / 8310 / 8320 / Bold 9000:

1. You must have a SIM card in your phone to complete these steps, I have found that this procedure works best with an AT&T or Cingular Sim card in the phone (can be active or inactive ). Make sure the phone is not displaying the low battery warning!
2. Go to Settings menu => and then Options
3. Select Advanced Options => and then Sim card
4. Type MEPD using your Blackberry keyboard (NOTE: You will not see any text appear on the screen while typing MEPD)
5. Type MEP then [ALT BUTTON] then 2 on your Blackberry keyboard (NOTE: You will not see any text appear on the screen while typing MEPD)
6. You should be presented with a prompt "Enter Network MEP Code". Type in the unlock code and press in the track wheel / jog dial to confirm
7. Your phone is now unlocked.

How to enter Unlock Code on BlackBerry Pearl 8100 / 8110 / 8120:

1. Go to Options Menu => Advanced Options
2. In the SIM Card menu, hold down the shift (right of the zero, cap) press MEPPD
3. You'll see the unlocking level screen there you hold the ALT key (left side below @) type MEPP2 (*You won't see any text while you are typing either one of these.)
4. Type in the 16 or 8 digit Unlock Code provided by CellphoneOrb.com and your phone is unlocked!

1. Insert SIM into device
2. Power phone on and Turn off the radio (Turn Wireless Off option) VERY IMPORTANT.
3. Select "Options" => then select Advanced Options
4. Scroll down and select "SIM Card"
5. Type "MEPPD" (please note that you will not see what you type on the screen)
6. Type "MEPP then [ALT BUTTON] then 2" (please note that you will not see what you type on the screen)
7. Enter the Unlock Code (provided by CellphoneOrb.com)
8. Press Enter
9. Reboot device. Your phone is now unlocked.

How to enter Unlock Code on BlackBerry 8700 and 8700c:

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to Options
3. Go to Advanced Options
4. Go to Sim Card
5. Type MEPD (not case sensitive) (you will not see text appear on screen while typing)
6. Does it say Network active? If so your phone is locked.
7. Hold the ALT Key while typing in MEPE (not case sensitive, and you will not see text appear on screen while typing)
8. It will say "Enter Network MEP Code, then you type in the Unlock Code provided by CellphoneOrb.com, press in the jog dial to confirm.
9. Your phone is now unlocked.

How to enter Unlock Code on BlackBerry Storm 9530 phone:

1. Insert any sim card
2. Turn off all of the wireless connections
3. Go to Options
4. Select Advanced Options
5. Select SIM card
6. Hit menu select show keyboard
7. Type mepd (you will not be able to see the typed info)
8. Type mep2
9. Now it will say enter network mep code
10. Enter the Unlock Code (provided by CellphoneOrb.com)
11. Your BlackBerry Storm phone is now successfully unlocked!

How to enter Unlock Code on BlackBerry 6xxx 7xxx: ie 6230, 7100, 7290 etc.:

1. Select Options menu on BB.
2. Select SIM CARD menu. To be able to see this you have to type this on the keypad on phone : (TEXT WILL NOT APPEAR ON THE SCREEN until you enter the unlock code)
3. Type 'MEPD' for all models, except 7100 in which case in case use 'MEPPD'.
4. Usually you should see "active" NET lock. In order to disable this lock, type 'MEP2' respectively ('MEPP2' if phone is 7100)
5. The BB will ask for a code. NOTE: You must use the "alt" or "shift" key to enable numbers so example would be: m-e-p-"alt key"-2 Now you should see the place to enter your net unlock code.(if not, you didn't type in mep2 or mepp2 properly.)
6. Here you must enter the "NET Unlock Code" that you have.

How to enter Unlock Code on T-Mobile BlackBerry phones:

1. On the Home screen, click the Tools icon. The Options screen appears.
2. In the tools screen, select the Settings icon.
3. Scroll to SIM Card and select it. You should see the phone number and the SIM ID number.
4. Type ‘mepd’ to display the first five levels of SIM locking.
5. T-Mobile uses network locking so the Network should display Active. All other states should display Disabled. Please note: For the Blackberry 7100t you will hit the “P” twice when entering the ‘mepd’ and ‘mep2′ for steps 4 & 5.
6. Type ‘mep2′ to display the dialog box asking for the unlock code (Press the Alt + 2 key to get the number 2)
7. Input the Network Unlock code (provided by CellphoneOrb.com)
8. Press ENTER and reboot handheld.

How to enter Unlock code on T-Mobile BlackBerry Pearl 8100 (alternative instructions if above instructions do not work):

1. Can be done without a SIM card inserted.
2. While on the home screen, click the “blackberry key” on keyboard, then select “options”.
3. Choose “Advanced Options”.
4. Select “Sim Card”
5. There is no area to type these letters, you just type them as instructed. No need to hit keys twice to get a letter either. Type m e p p d to display the first five levels of SIM locking. Most companies use network locking so the Network should display Active. All other states should display Disabled (you will not see text appear on screen while typing)
6. Type m e p p 2 to display the dialog box asking for the unlock code (Press the Alt + 2 key to get the number 2) ( you will not see text appear on screen while typing )
7. Input the SIM Unlock Code (provided by CellphoneOrb.com)
8. Press in the trackball in once

How to enter unlock code on HP iPAQ phones (all models):

1. Insert non-AT&T Cingular SIM into device
2. Power ON the device
- Wait approximately 30 seconds until the SimLock application appears (the delay may be longer if the user has already attempted an unlock with the wrong code)
3. Press OK
- If the unlock code is incorrect, an error dialog will appear
After pressing Ok on this dialog, the user has to re-enter the unlock code after delays (see above in Device Specific Information)
- If the unlock code is correct, a success dialog will appear
4. Press OK
- The device is now unlocked and should continue booting

1. On the Today screen, tap Start > Settings
2. Tap the Phone Band icon
3. The the keyboard icon to open the virtual keyboard
4. Tap Shift and then Ctl key to enable the keys
5. Tape the blank area below the band selection box to open the unlock tool.
6. Tap Shift and then Ctl to disable the keys
7. Enter the 8-digit Unlock Code and tap OK when done
8. Wait for the device to validate the unlock code (about five seconds). You will see one of the following screens:
- Unlock successful
- Unlock failed due to incorrect code. The user has three attempts to unlock. After three attempts, the device will refuse any more unlocking attempts. Perform a soft reset to reset the counter to perform additional attempts.
- Device is not ready for unlocking. This error message displays when the user tries to unlock when the phone applicatoin (not the device) is in a steady state. It takes 30 seconds after powering on the phone for it to reach a steady state.

How to enter Unlock Code on HTC, Pantech, Cingular, HP, 8525, 3125, 2125, T-Mobile Dash, Wing, Shadow & all Windows Smartphones, Windows Pocket PC phones:

Power on with incorrect sim, enter unlock code when prompted
Enter code using stylus and onscreen keyboard when unlocking a Pocket PC phone.

How to enter Unlock Code on Nokia phones:

Compose #pw+unlock code+1# ("unlock code" is meant to be the actual unlock code we gave you)
ie. if your unlock code is 0000000000 then enter exactly:

#pw+0000000000+1#

1. Remove SIM CARD !
2. Type #
3. Then press the * key 3times (you should get a "p")
4. Then press the * key 4times (you should get a "w")
5. Then press the * key 2times (you should get a "+")
6. Then enter: 0000000000
7. Then press the * key 2times (you should get a "+")
8. Then enter: 1
9. Enter: #

IF UNLOCK SUCCEEDS YOU SHOULD SEE RESTRICTION REMOVED ON SCREEN, YOUR PHONE IS NOW UNLOCKED!

POSSIBLE ERROR MESSAGES:

* If you get CANNOT UNDO RESTRICTION your phone cannot be unlocked remotely and you need to mail in your phone!
* If you get CODE ERROR the above codes do not work for your phone DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ENTER THE SAME CODE AGAIN
Repeat above instructions, but with the numbers from code 1 (#pw+unlock code+1#) if code that does not unlock your phone STOP!
* IF YOU HAVE TRIED TO PUT IN AN INCORRECT CODE 3 OR MORE TIMES PREVIOUSLY & YOU GET PHONE RESTRICTED SIGN, THEN YOUR DEVICE IS HARD LOCKED AND MUST BE UNLOCKED WITH WITH A CABLE AND HARDWARE BOX.

How to enter Unlock Code on Samsung phones:

P777, D357 , D807, D407

Power on without sim, type in #0111*unlockcode#

i607/ Blackjack

Power on with incorrect sim, and when asked to enter network pin use supplied unlock code
No need to hold other keys while entering code

Power on without sim, you will then get a message saying "SIM Failure" at the top of the screen. Click "Done"
then press the green button to get into the dial pad. Type in #7465625*638*

Then it will display "Enter Network Control Key" this is where you enter the 8 digit unlock code. Then click OK

Your phone is now unlocked!

i617 / Blackjack II

Power on with incorrect sim, and when asked to enter network pin use supplied Unlock Code

No need to hold other keys while entering the Unlock Code

How to enter Unlock Code on Fido Samsung i616 Jack

1. Power ON your phone with a FIDO SIM card that the phone is locked to

3. You can now enter the Unlock Code (provided by CellphoneOrb.com)

1. Switch ON your phone without a SIM card (if this doesn't work try with a non-accepted sim card first and if necessary an accepted sim card)
2. Compose : #0111*unlockcode# (by "unlockcode" meaning the Unlock Code provided by CellphoneOrb.com)

To solve “Phone Freeze” or “Return for service” problem

“Phone Freeze” appears when you try to enter an incorrect unlock code multiple times on a Samsung phone. You or someone who previously owned the phone have attempted to enter wrong code at least 3 times before.

PHONE FREEZE:

CODE 1: Defreeze code
CODE 2: Unlock code

If your phone displays this message or similar when inserting an incorrect sim, you must do the following:

1. Power on phone with wrong sim inside so phone displays "Phone Freeze, SIM unavailable. Please contact service provider"
2. Now type CODE1 and press OK (no digits will be seen on display when entering this code)
3. Now phone will ask you for Network Code, so enter CODE2 and press OK.
4. If nothing happens when you enter CODE2, you will need to compose code like this: #7465625*638*CODE2#
5. Now your phone should be unlocked.

N.B. If phone does not accept CODE2, and still have no luck with #7465625*638*CODE2# please try step 4 using CODE1

How to enter Unlock Code on Palm phones:

Treo 600 / 650

1. Power on phone with incorrect sim inserted
2. When phone is powered up dial any number, it will ask you if you want to turn phone on, click yes
3. It will say "your phone cannot be used with this SIM card" click ok
4. It will say "Network Search" click cancel
5. using the dial pad do the following: enter *#*#code# then press dial on the screen.
6. It will say the sim lock has been removed from your phone

Treo 680 / Centro

1. Power on with incorrect sim
2. It will then say "Your phone cannot be used with this SIM card"
3. Click OK
4. Click dialpad tab, bottom of the screen far left
5. Using stylus type *#*#unlockcode#
6. Press the green button
7. It will then say "The SIM Lock has been removed from the phone"

Treo 750

1. Power on with incorrect sim
2. Using onscreen keyboard enter the Unlock Code (provided by CellphoneOrb.com)

1. Power on with incorrect sim
2. Using physical keyboard hold down key with large white dot (lower left hand corner of keyboard) while typing numbers on the keyboard

How to enter Unlock Code on Sony Ericsson phones:

Power on with non-compatible sim, from main screen: press the directional pad left, * key, * key, press the directional pad left ( must be done somewhat quickly ), once in unlock menu unlock the top lock with this code

How to enter Unlock Code on Sony Ericsson phones (all models):

If your phone has a "JOGDIAL" (for example Sony Ericsson K700i), then you must press the "down arrow" instead of the "left arrow" for step 3 & 5. By "Down Arrow" I mean directing the Jogdial down!

1. For the unlocking of a locked Sony Ericsson no sim card is required.
2. Turn on the handset. Display will indicate “Insert SIM.”
3. Press the left Arrow (<) button.
4. Press the star (*) button twice.
5. Press the left Arrow (<) button again.
6. You will briefly see one of the following messages listed on devices display: “Personalized with MNC2” or “Personalized with MNC3”.
7. Wait approximately three seconds.
8. The display will indicate “Network” and a picture of a closed lock.
9. Press Select.
10. The display will indicate “Unlock (Net) 5” and “NCK:”
11. Enter the 16 digit NLCK4U code (Unlock Code provided by CellphoneOrb.com) and press okay.
12. The handset will display “Network unlocked” and the display “Insert SIM” appears.
13. The handset is successfully unlocked.

How to enter Unlock Code on LG phones:

Enter NCK and press OK.

How to enter Unlock Code on LG Prada (KE850 for example):

1. Switch the telephone on with Original SIM card inside.
2. Enter SIM pin if required.
3. Enter 2945#*8501# and press the call button (middle button bottom of the screen).
4. SIM unlock mode will appear on screen.
5. Enter Unlock Code (provided by CellphoneOrb.com)
6. Select Reboot.
7. Switch phone off, and then turn back on again. Phone is now unlocked

How to enter Unlock Code on LG KE990 / KU990 Viewty:

1. Insert original sim card and turn phone on.
2. Press telephone icon at bottom of screen to bring up the phone keypad
3. Enter 2945#*990#
4. A menu will pop up, select sim unlock:
5. Another menu will appear, select Network lock.
6. Enter your unlock code and press ok
7. The phone will then reboot and the unlock is complete.

How to enter Unlock Code on LG KG245 (Vodafone Australia):

1. Insert a Vodafone Australia working SIM card.
2. Ensure the phone is charged and then switch the phone on.
3. Optional Step: If the SIM card has a PIN, enter your PIN number
4. Wait for the phone to power up then enter 2945#*7101#
5. Select Menu , then go to Settings > Security > SIM Lock > Network
6. Select Deactivate and enter the 8-digit unlocking code provide for your handset.
7. The handset will be unlocked automatically and will display “Done”. This will be confirmed if you can make and receive calls with the Non-Vodafone Australia SIM card. (You will need reception and phone credit with the different network provider)

How to enter Unlock Code on LG KG800 or TG800 Chocolate:

1. With the phone in standby, enter 2945#*7101#. This will activate the extra menu.
2. Go to: Settings>Security>SimLock>Network
3. Select deactivate. Enter the unlock code

How to enter Unlock Code on LG C2000:

1. Insert non-Cingular SIM card
2. Power on the handset - phone will display "phone restricted"
3. Select "Cancel" - phone will display "phone restriction code"
4. Enter the SIM Unlock code
5. Select "OK" - the handset is now successfully unlocked

How to enter Unlock Code on LG F2250:

1. With allowed sim card in the start menu type: 2945#*3311#.
2. Handset shows saved, then return to startup screen
3. Press Menu key, choose Settings > Security > Sim Lock> Network > Deactivate, handset will now show 'Enter NCK'
4. Enter your unlock code and press OK.

How to enter Unlock Code on LG U8150:

1. Switch ON your phone with a not allowed SIM card.
2. Compose: 277634#*#.
3. Go to menu "SIM Lock".
4. Enter the unlock code

How to enter Unlock Code on LG U8110:

1. With a not allowed sim card in your phone enter Pin code then validate, type: 277634#*#
2. Select 'Sim Unlock' menu #
3. Enter NCK code, then validate
4. Your phone is now unlocked.

How to enter Unlock Code on LG U8210:

1. With a not allowed sim card enter Pin code then validate, type: 277634#*#
2. Shows test menu
3. Choose sim test menu and type: 2945#*#, choose Sim Unlock menu
4. Handset shows 'Enter NCK'
5. Enter the Unlock Code (provided by CellphoneOrb.com) then hit OK.

How to enter Unlock Code on LG U81xx:

1. To bring up the unlock menu on the phone with a SIM card, type 2945#*88110#
2. Enter the Unlock Code (provided by CellphoneOrb.com)

In case you need to reset the phone without a SIM card first, type 277634#*# or 47328545454#.

How to enter Unlock Code on Cingular AT&T LG CU515/LG CU575 TRAX:

1. Insert non-AT&T Cingular SIM card.
2. Power on the handset. Phone will display "Invalid SmartChip"
3. Now enter *#865625# then select option 1 and then again select 1 and enter your Unlock Code (provided by CellphoneOrb.com)

How to enter Unlock Code on Cingular AT&T LG CU500/CU400:

1. Insert non-AT&T Cingular SIM card.
2. Power on the handset. Phone will display "Invalid SmartChip"
3. (IF THE PHONE DOES NOT DISPLAY INVALID SMARTCHIP, PLEASE POWER OFF AND ON AGAIN)
4. In Idle screen, enter 159753#*#. Phone will display "Enter NCK, Remaining 5
5. Enter the 8 digit SIM unlock code (provided by CellphoneOrb.com)
6. Select "OK". The handset is now successfully unlocked.

How to enter Unlock Code on AT&T LG Vu CU920/CU915/CU720:

* Put a AT&T or Cingular SIM in the phone; it does not have to be an active SIM
* Enter *#865625# then the 16 digit unlock code ((provided by CellphoneOrb.com)
* Device should say: Network Lock Deactivated
* Phone may automatically reboot

How to enter Unlock Code on all other LG cell phones:

1.Switch ON your phone with an allowed SIM card
2.Then compose:

19. If your cell phone is not listed, please follow instructions for LG C2000 above

How to enter Unlock Code on LG U400 Shine (2 codes needed):

1. Insert the network SIM in the handset which works with the phone (from the locked carrier).
2. Enter 2945#*9636#.
3. The phone will then prompt 'Unlock sim'. Press OK.
4. The phone will then prompt 'Network Unlock'. Press OK.
5. The phone will then prompt- 'Input Network Control Key'. Enter the 8 digit unlocking code. Press OK. If the unlocking code comes with only 7 digits, add a 0 in front of the 7 digit code. If the unlocking code comes with only 6 digits, add 00 in front of the 6 digit code. If you received a 16 digit code, enter it. The phone will have space for it.
6. It should give you the message: Success.
7. Come back to the main screen and Enter 2945#*9636#.
8. The phone will then prompt unlock sim. Press OK.
9. The phone will then prompt Network Unlock/ Lock but if you scroll down you will see a message Enter SP Lock. Enter SP Code
10. Then press OK.

How to enter Unlock Code on LG KE970 Shine:

1. Insert original sim card and turn phone on.
2. Press telephone icon at bottom of screen to bring up the phone keypad
3. Enter 2945#*990#
4. A menu will pop up, select sim unlock
5. Enter your unlock code (provided by CellphoneOrb.com) and press ok
6. The phone will then reboot and the unlock is complete.

1. Switch ON your phone with an allowed SIM card
2. Then compose: 2945#*9701#
3. Press CALL.
4. It should you ask you for the code

How to enter Unlock Code on LG TU720 Shine:

1. Put in a non-allowed SIM, phone says invalid SIM card
2. Now enter *#865625# then enter your 16 digits code

How to Unlock LG (other models not listed in this guide):

1. Insert not-allowed SIM card
2. Power on the handset- phone will display "phone restricted"
3. Select "Cancel" - phone will display "phone restriction code"
4. Enter the SIM unlock code (provided by CellphoneOrb.com)
5. Select "OK" - the handset is now successfully unlocked

How to enter Unlock Code on Siemens phones:

*#0001*unlockcode#

*#0000*unlockcode#

How to enter Unlock Code on Sidekick phones:

To unlock Sidekick phones (all models):
1. Insert a SIM card from a different network provider and turn on the Sidekick. A dialog screen comes up, prompting you for the unlock code.

2. The box will say:

      Title: Special Code Required
      Dialog: Enter code to enable SIM
      Box for Code: 1-8 digits
      Options: Enable or Cancel

3. In the upper right hand corner, the SIM is flashing where the signal strength should be. On entering the code provided by CellphoneOrb.com, a dialog box comes up saying authenticating code. It's unlocked. Enjoy!

In case you see the “Waiting for Activation Screen”, hit the menu key and the letter L key at the same time. The menu key is the top left key. By doing this, the waiting screen will go away and you will be able to make calls. For best results, hold down Menu and the L key until the Waiting for Activation screen disappears.

How to enter Unlock Code on Motorola phones:

1. Switch ON your phone with a not allowed SIM card,
2. Phone should show "Enter Special or Subsidy Code",
3. Enter the Unlock Code (provided by CellphoneOrb.com)
4. Your phone is now unlocked.

WARNING: if any of these messages appear :

- "Contact Service Provider"
- or "Tamper Alter"
- or "Wait Before Enter Special Code"
- or "Contact Service'

It's because you or somebody else has already entered too many wrong codes. You just have to leave the phone ON on the error message and after 1hr - 8hrs the message "Enter Special Code" will appear again!

Note: If your phone is on a 3G network enter **057*, then another window will appear to enter the unlock code.

How to enter Unlock Code on Motorola CDMA and TDMA:

1. Press 74663 # [Menu] [Menu] and you will be asked for a subsidy code.
2. Enter unlock code
3. Your phone will be unlocked instantly.

How to enter Unlock Code on Motorola MPX:

I will supply you with 2 unlock codes. One will be the NETWORK PIN and the other the SERVICE PROVIDER PIN.

1. Switch ON your phone with a not allowed SIM Card,
2. If phone is asking for NETWORK PIN enter the NETWORK PIN we sent you
3. If phone is asking for SERVICE PROVIDER PIN. Enter the SERVICE PROVIDER PIN we sent you.
4. Your Phone should now be unlocked.

Answer: If you still have the original card

Please power on the phone with the original card in and when phone fully powered on (You have access to the menu), then

you'll get a error message and after it your will see: Engineering menu

Now you will see a new window with :

type
AT+CLCK="PN",0,"[SERVICE PROVIDER PIN or NETWORK PIN] "
and press send.
If you get Response "0 []" phone is unlocked

If you don't have the original card

Please switch your phone off, take battery out. Put battery back in, power on the phone.
Now the phone it will ask to enter NETWORK PUK. Now please DON'T TOUCH the phone for 2 hours.
After 2 hours it will change screen! Now please enter the code received from us and 00000000 (eight zero's) as a new password.
Now the phone will be unlocked.

If you don't have the original card or if the original card is not accepted because you flashed the phone with other firmware, then sorry but we can't help you.

Question: Why do I have to wait 2 hours before I can enter the code when phone asking for NETWORK PUK?

Answer: This is because Motorola have added an anti brute force protection and if you enter to many codes, the phone will ask for NETWORK PUK and then it will refuse to accept the code even if is the right one.

Question: After I restart my phone, the phone is asking again for SERVICE PROVIDER PIN. What shall I do to make it stop?

Answer: Follow the instructions from SERVICE PROVIDER PUK and after that it will never ask for the code again.
